WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT?

After confirming your order, we aim to ship it by the end of the following business day! During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

HOW LONG WILL PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?
  • Your package will be delivered to your address within 24 hours if the delivery address is in Da Nang.
  • Your package will be delivered to your address in 3 – 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) if your delivery address is not in Da Nang.
  • Delivery time will depend on the e-commerce site’s transporter if you make a purchase on e-commerce channel.
     
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your name and order information, MOONADOR support team will be able to assist.
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. If you have made a mistake you can return any unwanted items for a refund.
CAN I BUY IN BULK AT WHOLESALE PRICE?
You can buy bags in bulk, we offer you wholesale prices if the quantity of bags per order is 10 or more.

WHAT IS THE BAG MADE OF?
Our products are made from 100% Polyester – Polyester fabrics are highly stain-resistant, wrinkle resistant, durable, have a high color retention, and can withstand strong and repetitive movements.When woven with synthetic fibers, it creates a material with superior wind and environmental resistance compared to plant-derived or natural fibers.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE BAG?

Even the toughest bags can get dirty or rough looking from time to time. If you want to keep your bag looking fresh it’s never a bad idea to wash them. Polyester bags can be safely machine-washed or hand washed. Here are the top tips to make sure you keep them in great shape. 

1. Look for a label 

Your bag might have a label inside that tells you the best way to go about washing your bag. It should tell you what temperature water to use and what cycle. This way you’ll know for sure what the safest way to wash it is.
 

2. Machine washing

If you machine wash your bag use warm water and an all-purpose detergent. If it’s white it’s safe to use chlorine bleach too. Also, fabric softener will reduce static electricity. Tumble-dry at a low temperature setting. Do not overly dry polyester, it can cause shrinkage. To avoid any wrinkling it’s safe to press polyester fabrics at a moderate temperature setting, or use steam.

3. Hand washing

If your bag says it is not ok to machine wash, then you’ll have to either decide to spot wash or full on hand wash it. To spot wash, grab a stain remover and spray it on the stains. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Wash it out by hand, if it’s a really tough spot you might need to use a brush to get the stain out. To wash by hand use warm water and a soft brush. Submerge your bag in the water and use circular motions. Rinse it out in clean warm water and let the bag air dry. 

4. Sanitize a backpack

  • First, thoroughly wipe out the interior of the backpack, paying careful attention to the seams and other nooks and crannies.
  • Use multiple wipes if necessary so the interior surface stays wet for the length of time stated on the wipe’s label.
  • Spray the bag’s fabric exterior with a fabric sanitizer.
  • Make sure your backpack has completely dried before using it.
IS THE BAG WATER-PROOF OR SHOCK-PROOF?
The polyester fabric we use does not allow water or liquids to seep through. We use foam to complete the shockproof compartment for laptops and tablets.
WHERE ARE THE BAG MADE?

MOONADOR bags are manufactured in our factories in Da Nang, Vietnam. We source the highest quality materials and spend time obsessing over the details so that we can provide you with a better bag than you paid for.

HOW MUCH STUFF CAN MY BAG HOLD?
The bag can fit up to a 17” laptop in the laptop compartment (we also added a double layer of padding to keep it safe). The inside compartment holds around 20L of volume, which we’ve found can store a pair of shoes or camera, clothes, and the smaller items you’d carry every day. 
WILL THE DEDICATED LAPTOP COMPARTMENT KEEP MY LAPTOP SAFE?
The laptop compartment fits up to a 17-inch laptop. In the inside, we added layers of memory foam padding in the laptop pocket that extends all the way to the bottom of the bag so that even if your bag falls on the ground, your laptop will be safely protected.
